2:A We must receive the payment for the tuition or payment for any Gift Voucher before we can accept your order. Once we have recived this payment we will issue you with a receipt. By accepting your booking or payment for a voucher brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

Prices quoted on this website are correct at the time they are published and we have taken care to ensure that all goods and services have been described in a fair manner. Bookings or orders are accepted if there are no material errors in the prices or description of goods advertised on this website. 6:A Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your booking or any order that you place within seven days of receipt of your booking or placing an order. You do not need to supply any reason for cancelling your contract with us nor will you be asked to pay any penalty. However you will need to notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your contract with us.
6:B Without prejudice to term 6:A above, if you wish to cancel your booking or any order that you have placed, you understand that a refund less a £25 administration fee will be re-credited to your account.
6:C You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are a CD or DVD and have been removed from the sealed package in which they were presented to you.
6:D If the goods have been delivered to you before you cancel your contract with us then ,unless, under clause 6:C for which you do not have a right to cancel, you must send the goods back to us at your own cost. If you cancel your contract after we have dispatched the goods you must not unwrap the goods and you must return the goods to us at your own cost as soon as possible.
6:E After you have told us that you are cancelling your contract with us any money you have debited to us from your debit or credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible PROVIDED THAT we receive the returned goods from you in the same condition they were in when they were delivered to you. If you fail to return the goods or if you fail to pay the costs of delivery we will be entitled to deduct the costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to your account.
6:F Well re-credited you for any cost incurred in returning unsatisfactory or faulty goods.
6:G If we cancel your contract we will inform you by e-mail and we will re-credit to your account any money deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible.
7 Gift Vouchers.
7:A Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any of our photography products or tuition sessions.
7:B Gift Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
7:C Products and services should be booked in the usual way and you can tell us that you are using a gift voucher in full or part payment.
7:D At the time of placing an order of making a booking you will be asked to quote the value of the voucher value and its reference number.
7:E We cannot guarantee the availability of any workshop at any venue.
7.F Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

8A All notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to us at Cream Photo Workshops, Gwili House, The Ropewalk, Milford Haven SA73 3LW and all notices from us to you will be in writing or email to the addresses you have provided us with.

9:A Cream Photo Workshops reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should read through them as often as you can.
- Insurance
10:A It is advisable that you have insurance for all of your cameras and equipment. We are not responsible for any damage incurred to your photographic equipment or belongings when you attend our training sessions.
- Young People Under The Age of 16.
11:A Persons under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the training session.
- Force Majeure or Act of God
12:A Cream Photo Workshops shall not be liable for any default ,or deemed to be in breach of contract, by reason of any delay due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Own Risk
13:A You understand that during your tuition with Cream Photo Workshops you may visit a variety of locations. You understand that during the full duration of the tuition session and when you are visiting or travelling to or from these locations you do so entirely at your own personal risk and take full responsibility for your actions.
14Entire Agreement
14:A Our invoice and booking form together with these terms and conditions set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of goods and services to you by us. Nothing said by any person on our behalf should be understood as a variation or an addition to these terms and conditions or as a representation about the nature or quality of any goods or services provided under this contract. Save for fraud or fraudulent representation cream Photo Workshops has no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
15.Invalidity
15:A If any part of these terms and conditions are unenforceable including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
16.Law and Jurisdiction
16:A The construction, validity and performance of this contract shall be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts to which you and we submit.

7:D At the time of placing an order of making a booking you will be asked to quote the value of the voucher value and its reference number.
7:E We cannot guarantee the availability of any workshop at any venue.
7.F Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- Notices
8A All notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to us at Cream Photo Workshops, Gwili House, The Ropewalk, Milford Haven SA73 3LW and all notices from us to you will be in writing or email to the addresses you have provided us with.
- Changes to Legal Notices
9:A Cream Photo Workshops reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should read through them as often as you can.
- Insurance
10:A It is advisable that you have insurance for all of your cameras and equipment. We are not responsible for any damage incurred to your photographic equipment or belongings when you attend our training sessions.
- Young People Under The Age of 16.
11:A Persons under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the training session.
- Force Majeure or Act of God
12:A Cream Photo Workshops shall not be liable for any default ,or deemed to be in breach of contract, by reason of any delay due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Own Risk
13:A You understand that during your tuition with Cream Photo Workshops you may visit a variety of locations. You understand that during the full duration of the tuition session and when you are visiting or travelling to or from these locations you do so entirely at your own personal risk and take full responsibility for your actions.
14Entire Agreement
14:A Our invoice and booking form together with these terms and conditions set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of goods and services to you by us. Nothing said by any person on our behalf should be understood as a variation or an addition to these terms and conditions or as a representation about the nature or quality of any goods or services provided under this contract. Save for fraud or fraudulent representation cream Photo Workshops has no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
15.Invalidity
15:A If any part of these terms and conditions are unenforceable including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
16.Law and Jurisdiction
16:A The construction, validity and performance of this contract shall be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts to which you and we submit.

17:A For the purpose of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 and notwithstanding any other provision of this contract this is not intended to, and does not give any person who is not a party to it any right to enforce any of its provisions.
